Dragon Nest Leveling Guide - LvL 1 - 32

Dragon Nest Leveling Guide - 1 - 32

In Dragon Nest Leveling in itself is a big task. I have personally been stuck in the web trap of Leveling and henceforth I am revealing this guide.

This guide for Dragon Nest is for level 1 -32 and is divided into 4 segments, you can also call them parts...

Go through them carefully...
———————————————————–
Part 1: Levels 1 – 9
Follow your story and your side quests. You should be bumped to level 9 in approximately an hour’s time.
Why should you do “Master” Level?
New Quests are always available when you level up from 1 to 9, so if you want to get all the available quests ASAP, try to ensure that you level after every dungeon that you’re required to attempt.
I’ve realized the only way to do that is by completing most of the dungeons at “Master” because you will definitely go way above the amount of exp required. You can see the estimated exp acquired for a dungeon when you click on the various difficulty tab at the selection screen!
Last but not least, try to do the side quests first and only do the main story quest when the side quests require you to enter the same dungeon as the main quest. This is very important as you do not want to re-enter a same dungeon as multiple entries to a same dungeon consumes ABP and you want to ensure that you be as cost effective with your ABP.
Equipment
  • Pick up Lvl5 green weapons/armors
  • Enhance it to +8 and above (no need for jellies, get multiple weapons and armors, I got 6 shortbows and managed to get 1 of them to +10)
  • This will help you in increasing your base hp/mp to allow you to survive Master Mode Dungeons
Lvl 1 to 9 will take you around an hour if you’re familiar with Dragon Nest SEA, EU, NA, USA

Part 2: Levels 9 – 16
Once you hit lvl 9, search for the Ticket NPC (Different locations for different starting towns).
You don’t want to travel by foot because it wastes time and you don’t really want to get lost in the various numbers of portals you will need to enter at this stage

From there, switch to Channel 1 by pressing the ESC button and selecting the “Change Channel” Tab.
Reasons for channel 1 is because it’s usually the most populated channel, most people come to this channel to pug their nest runs as well as find potential members for partying.
Look out for the “Guards” NPC in Calderoc Village. These NPCs from the adventurer’s guild have 2 options.
1) Teleport to a specific NPC
2) Teleport you to different portals/gates on the map
Select the Teleport to South Gate “Cristal Stream”
From there, start typing in white chat to make it known that you want a high level character to run you Sigh Canyon Abyss Dungeons.

You can also create you’re own party by press “O” and selecting the “Party Window” Tab. This tab also allows you to browse through other available parties, try searching for one that is running Sigh Canyon Abyss Dungeon as well!
The reason why we need to run at Abyss Level is because the Dimensional Bunny only spawns if you run at the highest level for the dungeon. And this bunny will give goodies at the end of a dungeon, and the goodies is why a high level will party you in the first place.

Level 32 players will most probably help you out on this one. There’s this Master-Apprentice system in the game that allows both them and yourself to get 2 Keys of Dimensional Box as long as you’re nine levels below them.

So the maximum level you can attain while still being an Apprentice is 23. You can then sell your keys however you want.
Sigh Canyon Abyss takes less than two minutes. The reason for it being such a short run is because on the first map, you NEED NOT kill all the mobs, just need to destroy the 3 Dark Crystals to proceed.
Basically the key perks about the master/apprentice system is that every bunny will give you 2 Keys of Dimensional Box. This doesn’t happen at all (i.e zero keys) if you ran a abyss dungeon by yourself. Also because of that, you can farm fragments of dimensional

Uses for Fragments of Dimensional
  • 1 Run net’s you 10-15 Fragments (NPC for 1g-1.5g)
  • Fragments can exchange epic Skill pouches from Scholar Bailey or any other Heraldry Scholar NPC
  • Fragments can be used to exchange for epic codes. (Recommended to exchange for Epic Low Grade Diamond codes ; 770 fragments )
With the gold I farmed for my Sigh Canyon Runs, I had enough gold to buy Lvl24 Rare Weapons at +7-8 enhancement. So basically save up your gold to buy the gears you need at 24
10%+ EXP per run for Sigh Canyon will get you from Lvl9-16 in around 3 hours.
Upon reaching level 15, do your job change respectively and level to 16.
Take Note for Job Change Quest (IMPORTANT!)
  • Do not hand in the quest at Events Planner Irine if you want to save the skill reset scroll in-case you screw up your skill points in later stages of the game
  • Once you hand in the quest, the skill reset scroll will be mailed to you via the Cash Shop “Gift Box” and MUST BE USED IN 7 DAYS, if not it will simply disappear/expire.
  • Hence don’t don’t don’t complete the quest if you’re planning to save this reset skill for future!

Part 3: Levels 16 – 24
Upon Hitting Lvl16, do the same for finding a Dark Tower Magic Institute Dungeon party
Dark Tower Magic Institute (DTMI) is the best dungeon at the level range.
Why?
  • Less than 2 minutes per run with properly-geared high levels.
  • One of the best farming grounds, as you can re-visit even after hitting 32.
  • Unlimited Commission Board quests starting at level 18.
  • Around 15%+ Exp per run with the continuous returning of commission board quests + dungeon exp gained.
Lvl16-24 should seem faster because you’re actually getting more potential exp when compared to Sigh Canyon. This is because Sigh Canyon don’t have unlimited commission board quests! Note that commission board quests always take up a bulk of the exp gained in the game!
You will definitely head back to DTMI for gold farming because it’s the fastest dungeon to you can ever run with decent loots!
So take this opportunity to learn some tips and tricks from the LVl32 Character that will be carrying you throughout!

Part 4: Levels 24 – 32 (Sanctuary Core Master + Warrior Goblin)
Grinding from this level range onwards is going to be a grind, but still, Sanctuary Core is the best dungeon.

I suggest to split your leveling into 3 phases
Namely, Lvl24-26 ; Lvl26-29 ; Lvl29-32
This is because at the respective levels of 26,29 and 32, you will be learning new skills (applies to most classes), and you can look forward into motivating yourself to continue grinding with these new skills awaiting you.

The bulk of EXP Gained here is from the commission board quests returns at Sanctuary Core (master). They Net you around 124000EXP per return and will account for around 5%+ Exp every time you return it.
Coupled with around 2% gained from completion of the dungeon, you will get around 20% EXP per repair if you’re soloing. (3 runs constitute to 1 Set)
Before attempting to Solo however, get yourself some decent gears from the gold you’ve saved up in Sigh Canyon and DTMI.

The dimensional keys and fragments when sold will net you some decent gold to buy the gears you need.
I’ll recommend getting Lvl24B/Rare Gears at +8 enhancement level and above for soloing Sanctuary Core Master.
Lvl24 Gears will have 180 durability which allows you at least 3 runs of sanctuary core before needing to return for repairs.
This is why sainthaven dungeons are not recommended. Most of the dungeons are long and hence taking up alot of the durability of your gears. You might even only run ONCE for some dungeons and will need to go back for repairs. This is not effective because of this sole reason:
The commission board quests exp doesn’t increase that much in the Saint Haven Dungeons. The Lvl24 Sainthaven dungeons only give 144k EXP per commission quests and take 2-3times more time to complete.

Last but not least,
The Theme Park’s Warrior Goblin event is also a good place for experience points, especially at this level range. However, you can only do 7 runs per week, with Saturday being the reset day at 9 a.m. GMT+8 time.
At Lvl25, this dungeon can net you around 9%+ exp per run and I’ll recommend using this whenever you want to level. By this I mean leveling to around 35-40% of the required exp you need for the next level. Complete 7 runs of the dungeon which will net you around 63% exp, and you will level up.
Do this at the key level phases of leveling from
  • Lvl25 to 26
  • Lvl28 to 29
  • Lvl31 to 32
Note that you can maximized the exp you can gain there by killing until 299 Goblins, round up around 30 more goblins then killing all of them in 1 skill. This will give you 329 goblins worth of exp instead of simply 300, you will gain exp for every goblin killed past 300 kills as long as they die at the same time. This will definitely give you more than 9% Exp per run!

Alternatively, if you have a very geared Lvl32 friend, you can ask him to run you some Saint Haven Dungeons progressively and it can actually be faster than the above, IF AND ONLY IF he clears the sainthaven dungeons fast, and this is not likely possible unless he’s pretty geared.

This is just a generic leveling guide that you will find elsewhere also, however being personal one that I have shared with you.

You can use this guide to level up, however its up to you. Do not hold me responsible for any damage arising whatsoever matter.
